I don't care if that's the Wii fit, a treadmill, aerobics, or signing up for an adult league basketball season, this will help you in your efforts, I promise. Overall, the toner belt will help you burn more calories, but if you want to see quick results, combine it with other things such as a better diet and some exercise and you will be glad that you did!

What exercise machine should i get?

I'm debating about what to buy in order to have a flat/toned stomache. I'm not fat at all, pretty skinny, but i just want a flatter stomache. I heard the Ab Circle Pro targets the stomache, which is what i'm really looking for. Or should i just get a machine that deals with running? Any recomdations? Such as any specific exercise, or machines. Oh if you tried the Ab circle pro, how was it? Thanks!

Treadmill, building up your cardio will give you greater endurance for all the other exercises. Starting out skinny allows you to go faster with less trauma on your lower extremity's. The treadmill will give you a six-pack as well as build up your legs. Get one with a built in fan, raises to increase difficulty, has a cushion track, can be placed in front of the T.V.. If you don't believe me, try one!
