I participate in a pretty intense workout schedule. I've been doing it for about 2 1/2 months. About a month ago my lower abdominals began a deep soreness that never went away but I've worked through it. It hasn't gotten worse until yesterday. It seems most of the answers are for pregnant women but I'm a man so I don't think those would apply. Any ideas?
