Moreover, you can do them at your own accord and in the solitude of your living room. These arm exercises are very fast, trouble-free and without any complexity whatsoever. Most of these exercises work on the triceps using the isometric tension technique. It is recommended that you continue these simple exercises on a daily schedule. They do not take more than 15 minutes out of your daily routine.

Get quick and easy arm exercises for reducing those baggy arms

Isometric hand push ups - face both your hands at shoulder level in exact front of you. Try applying pressure from both ends as long as you could and as harder as you can. Here the isometric tension is formed which develops the triceps muscles and works a little on the chest area. These arm exercises turn out to be tough in the long run. In the beginning, try doing it for 10 times a day. However, there is no limit in the time duration in the long run.

Diamond push ups - place your hands on the ground, so that each finger is touched and expand your thumbs and pointer fingers making a diamond shape. Start doing normal push-ups. These arm exercises work on the triceps more than the chest area because of the position in which the hands come together. Try doing the maximum number of repetitions you can sustain.

Hands close pushups - these arm exercises can be done while on your knees. So while you are on your knees, get into the push up position. Keep a distance of 6 inches between your thumbs and place your hands accordingly. Start doing push ups, as many as you can. Take a break for a couple of seconds and go for the reps. continue this on 3 times a week module and you will surely bid goodbye to those jiggly arms. These arm exercises are effective because they again strain the triceps more than straining the chest.

Hand resistance curls - these arm exercises are for the biceps only; thus you don't require any weights. Place one arm and slide it down to your side. Now, place the other hand of the other arm on the first hand which is on one side of you. Start to curl with one arm and at the same time resist with the other arm. Use enough pressure to complete the curl. Switch the arms and do the same exercise with the other arm. Continue this process for at least 5 minutes. This is another kind of isometric tension exercise that helps developing the muscles in an effective way.

These arm exercises are very easy and trouble-free. They not only develop your triceps but also tone your arms, giving you the flabby-free arms. Wave out at anyone and flaunt your toned arms!

Need chest exercises that will make my pectorals not look like a women's breasts and more masculine?

I work out regularly and, like most people who do lift weights, find that some muscles seem to get larger quicker than other muscles. For myself, my chest and arm muscles seem to develop quickest. Unfortunately when I see myself in pictures it looks like I have breasts that look like they belong on a woman. Especially because my nipples seem to be aroused. Are there any chest exercises I can do to develop my chest so that they don't look like women's breasts?

Like eriq said, before you do any more bulking, you need to lose some weight to get rid of the excess fat padding on your chest. You may not really have that much, but once the muscle underneath starts building up, it makes it look more like breasts.

Start putting more running, jumping rope, and other aerobic exercises in your routine and try to be sure you're eating small, nutritious meals every four hours that include lean protein, veggies, fruit, wheat or brown rice, and plenty of water.
