1) best workouts to tone abs, arms, get rid of small man boobs?

2) i dont understand why i cant do the workouts everyday i will do it everyday but whats so bad about it like people say 3 times a week or so. and what are the best works outs for toneing

EAT RIGHT: mainly vegetables and lean meats with lots of proteins and complex carbs.no soda or juice from concentrate. absolutely no processed sugars like candy. keep dairy to the morning and early afternoon. eat multiple small meals instead of three large ones. make sure you have proteins in every meal you eat and make everything count.

EXERCISE: heres a simple exercisse routine;..run in the morning starting with a mile and working your way up to five. then do pushups, about 40 at first and working up (you can use the pushup pro it worked well for me) and doing 30 situps. if you can find somewhere do pullups. to work on your abs you can do planks and start with about 1 minute.

Ideas on how to get abs?

I KNOW you're supposed to do things like eat extremely healthy, and workout everyday (I've got practices for 2 hours for cheerleading everyday, the workout part is done...) and all that, but I used to do 100 sit-ups everyday, thinking that would help. And my stomach is nice and flat too. But I need ABS to go with them. I have like, muscles, you know, arms... and my friends say I look like a man when I flex... I thought being fit was good but it SUCKS. So instead I'm gonna work on abs. Does anyone have any "secrets" or ideas that could help. If they involve eating healthy that's a joke. Lol I could try, but I can't convince my mom to start buying only healthy foods. (We're not fat. lol) So any ideas?

To really get your abdominals to show, you must diet and include aerobic exercise in your routine. Exercise without maintaining a diet rich in protein to enhance muscle development, is like having a car without an engine; you get absolutely nowhere.
