i have been struggling with an eating disorder for a few years (i'm 16 years old now), and i have recently reached a weight that to me is extremely fat. i am 5'5" 109 lbs. i have a small frame, and work out everyday.
anyway the point is, although this weight may be considered "average" i feel it is very chunky. i am used to being quite small; i effortlessly maintained a weight of 95-100 lbs for a year, then my doctor forced me to eat an extra amount of food each day. i couldnt stop eating for awhile, and i was getting nervous so i bought a scale.
after seeing the horrible 109 lbs i went back on a 500 calorie or less diet. i just want to know what weight would look good for my height (i want to look skinny, svelte and slender, but not bony or chunky)
