Best workouts for women for general toning?

I'm a rather petite gal (115 lbs, 5'3", and wear a size 3) with a very low fat percentage. I was wondering if anyone knew of some rather basic workouts to help me out with toning my body. I am not interested in losing weight, nor looking to completely bulk up. Just something to add a little bit more definition and toning to the muscles I've already got. Thanks.

I've been reading this book by John E Peterson called "The Miracle Seven: 7 Amazing Exercises That Slim, Sculpt, and Build the Body in 20 Minutes a Day." They work well for men and women. It's been a surprisingly effective workout that is very good at toning and definition (and doesn't require gym equipment.)

It may work as well for you as it has for me. If you don't want to buy the book, many of the workouts and exercises are also on their website http://www.bronzebowpublishing.com. But I highly recommend the book.

How can I keep women away from me?

so i'm going to college soon. i'm 18. how do i keep girls away from me? i came up with an idea. i'm thinking about buying a purity ring. that way when women see the ring on my finger, they'll run away. i'm a straight guy. but i don't ever want to be in a relationship. i hate sex. so that will knock out about 99.9% of women wanting to be with me. i'm way too nice. i don't know how to be a jerk. i only know how to be a gentleman around women. when i'm at college i want girls to stay away from me. i go to the gym. girls talk to me there. i just want them to stay away. i don't go to the gym for sex. i go to workout and stay in shape and because i love lifting weights. it's fun. i don't go to impress women. so will a purity ring keep girls away? best answer gets a 10.
