help i'm under weight!!!!!!!?

Right I'm not sure if this is a bad thing or not...

I'm a 20 year old male...

I weigh about 10 stone or 63 kg

i'm 6ft 1 inchs

I have a 30 inch waist

Now I eat a lot, three meals a day and I can eat more then most my mates and I try to eat a balanced diet.

I don't really eat sweets or drink anything fizzy

I play a lot of sport, football matchs mainly 3 or 4 times a week for about an 1+ and I can pretty much run flat out for the whole period. I also walk to work and back every day which is 4 miles.

I don't suffer from any eating dissorders

Now according to health studies my BMI (bod mass index) i.e. height to weight ratio states that I am medically underweight.

I'm not shore what else I can do to gain weight and I don't feel unhealthy. I had a check up and the doctor said if i lost 1 kg it would be a worry!!

what should i do??
