Review: Is it really time to let your WiFi Body Scales share your weight with your iPhone?
It sounds like something out of a SciFi movie. You wake up in the morning, grab a shower, and jump on your bathroom weighing scale to see how you weight in today. So far, so good.
But then within a second your weight has been shared with your iPhone, PC or Mac.
That's right the age of your body weighing scales talking direct to your electronic gadgets has arrived. And before you dismiss all this as no more than a gimmick, have a think about the implications of your gadgets knowing your weight for a moment.
If you are a bit like me then from time to time you decide to "get fit". This generally involves eating more sensibly and incorporating some exercise. And in order to monitor my progress I'll start weighing myself more regularly. Of course I'll also take a note of my daily body weigh in so I can track my weight loss progress over time.
I used to note this down in a little note book and in more recent times I started a Google Spreadsheet where I could write down my weight and even produce a primitive downward graph to keep me motivated.
Now enter my new WiFi Body Weighing Scales. Bathroom scales which are attached to my home WiFi network and transmit my weight to my computer and iPhone. Now I no longer have to bother remembering (or in my case often forgetting) to write down my weight. That information is instantly available on my computer.
But the online body weighing scale revolution doesn't stop there.
In fact this new approach adds a ton of fun ways to help me stay health and weighing less. I can set my own weight loss goals and even get a weekly or monthly progress reports via e-mail.
Then, to really keep me motivated I can even share my progress with friends or family on my own blog. Okay, I'm a bit shy about my weight so I haven't done this, but good to know it is possible. Or use my Facebook or Twitter accounts to blast out today's weigh in. As you can imagine, I've not chosen to actually do this either.
But here is the bit I like about my WiFi Scales talking to my PC. I can now generate and print out graphs showing my growth, weight, height, and even my Body Mass Index (BMI).
I don't have a personal trainer, but if I did then my coach could monitor my progress directly on their computers as well. That's because my bathroom scales can also post direct to sites like Google Health and I could provide access to say my nutritionist in order that he or she could track my progress!
So now you're wondering whether body scales that talk to your computer are nothing more than a gimmick. That's what my wife thought as well, but since the WiFi Body Scales I bought allow for up to 8 different users, it turns out that all the members of my family have started using the scales. Amazingly the weighing scales automatically recognize who is stepping on the scale and guess what, now my wife has linked it up to her Mac and iPhone too.
It seems that the days of our bathroom scales talking to our gizmos and gadgets has firmly arrived and from my experience this is something that will be here to stay.

THE QUESTION IS USE TECHNOLOGY TO PLOT THE DATA POINTS ON A GRAPH?? . DEFINE ALL VARIABLES USED AND STATE ANY PARAMETERS CLEARLY??what type of function models the behavior of the graph? explain why one chose this function?

If you got this for homework then you must have been taught how to use spreadsheets such as Excel.
I don't think that anyone is going to do your homework for you. But if you were to at least try to do this yourself and then had questions about specific parts that you don't understand how to do, then I think you'd get answers here.
