2. Sexy butt... do isometric butt squeezes

3. Walk on an inclined treadmill for lean legs

Body fat % vs. BMI discrepancy?

I have been losing weight for almost a year now. I have been dieting and exercising, and have managed to lose around 80 lbs. Now, I weigh 164 lbs and I am 5' 7" tall. My BMI is 25.7, which still falls into the over weight category, however, my body fat % is 25%, which is considered healthy for a 28 year old woman. I wear a size 8 pants, but I do still have more weight to lose...

I understand that the BMI cant account for extra muscle, my job is very physical, I exercise everyday, so I am fairly muscular, I think that this accounts for part of the discrepancy.

This is where my question is: Im not sure how to properly figure out what my goal weight should be, I do still want to lose more, but Im not sure that I can count on the BMI to figure out what I should weigh... According to the BMI calculator I should weigh ~140, Im not sure I have 24-30 more lbs to lose without losing muscle.

Don't go by BMI. BMI is a very flawed system. BMI will tell muscular people they are obese. Find out what a healthy weight is for your height and build (big boned, small boned, ect), then shoot for that. You might want to consult a doctor about it, though. Because your doctor could give you a healthy weight to go for.
