man boobs and hormonal imbalance?

Is it possible to lose man boobs by doing cardio and eating healthy because i have been trying hard for the last 8 weeks and it didn't really help. i don't want to buy or install any programs for workouts and stuff, i need to know if i can lose my "hormonal imbalanced" man boobs by just doing cardio and eating the right foods it would help if someone who has lost it by their own "training plan and maybe they could share it with me because i take my body seriously and having boobs just makes me depressed.

My secret was a combination of strength training, endurance training and long cardio sessions. Also, I ate less and ate healthier food. Avoid ANY and ALL food that has lots of sugar and fat (e.g. cheesecake, pie, ice cream). Get all your fiber and carb requirements from fruit, vegetables and whole grains. Get your protein from lean meats, legumes, beans, dairy products.

And believe it or not, you need to consume fat to lose weight, but try to avoid saturated fats. Sources of fat are olive oil, avocado, nuts..

Train 3-4 times per week for no more than one hour each time.
