weight loss and trying to conceive?

hey I was just wondering is it ok to try to loss about 15 or so pounds while ttc?
I am not really over weight but I weigh around 150 and I am 5'7- the top of the chart for my height and I have heard that if you lose a little weight it can help with conceiving is this true?
My husband and I are about to start on our third month ttc and we are looking for anything that might help, what do you think?

As long as you do it in a healthy way, its fine. Just don't over do it. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet, and don't over excersise.
