WEIGHT LOSS -- 39 days until wedding!! only real answers?

Hi everyone!!

So I'm 5'3'' & 135lbs and thats like borderline overweight according to the charts. If I was toned and in shape I wouldnt worry about the weight but I'm not! :(

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of exercises to do to lose the most amount of weight or tone up before my wedding!?

My target areas are:
legs- calves & thighs
arms- biceps & triceps

thats basically it.. I need to tone up my stomach too.. but I know how to do that!!

Also, if anyone has any advice on what to eat.. that would be great! I have an issue with eating.
I'm gluten intolerant which means I cant eat wheat, barely, or rye. Wheat is in pretty much everything (or so it seems).
Also, when I don't diet I don't crave fatty foods, but then when I do diet I crave them alot!!

Umm... are frozen veggies good for you?? as good or close to as good as fresh ones are?

Any advice on reducing stress??

Try to relax! You don't need a lot of extra stress as you get ready for your wedding. Your finance obviously thinks you're okay (better than okay!) just as you are, so enjoy this exciting few weeks.

Now that we've gotten that out of the way -- frozen veggies are good, better than canned and almost as good as fresh. Look at a nice balanced diet - I recommend a basic diabetic diet. It's very healthy, and flexible enough to let you enjoy wedding festivities. You can probably lose 8 to 10 pounds, which would make you a nice weight for your height.

Exercise: join a gym or women's workout club for a month, if you can. Otherwise, get a basic workout video.

Good luck - and whatever you do, don't crash diet - it will make you all emotional and nervous, which you don't need.
