Chest Exercises for Women
Here are a couple chest exercises for women that will help you to uplift your breasts and enhance cleavage. You don't even need to go to a gym. You can do this at home in just a short amount of time. Take 2 minutes and read this now if you want to make your chest look nicer.
Chest Exercises for Women
1. Hands wide pushups
These are great for firming and uplifting your chest. BUT... be sure your hands are wide and kinda high. What I mean by wide is that when you're going down for the pushup, your chest doesn't touch your hands. You can do these pushups on your knees if doing them on your toes is too hard.
I recommend that you do as many as you can, 3 sets a day. Rest 45-60 seconds between sets. For best results, do these 5-6 times a week. You should probably start noticing less of a sag within 12 days or so.
2. Hand pushes in front of your body
This is a great isometric tension exercise that helps to enhance cleavage. What you do is take the palms of your hands and touch them in together in front of you... kinda like you're praying. Then push the hands against each other as hard as you can for 5-10 seconds. Rest 15 seconds and repeat. Keep repeating for a total of 3 minutes. Do this 4 times a week.
These 2 chest exercises for women are great if you want to uplift your breasts and enhance cleavage... so give them a try for a couple weeks

Chest Exercises For Women Questions
What are some good cardio routines for women with large chests?
Without giving too much detail, I have a smaller frame and large breasts. They're natural too. Intense exercising like sprinting and step aerobics is really uncomfortable because they bounce all over, even when I wear two sports bras.
I would like to know some good cardio routines or DVDs I could use for a workout.

As previously stated, an eliptical machine is not bad, and swimming is okay too. However to be horribly honest neither is going to be as effective as running, which is about the best, fastest acting and most effective cardio exercise for weight loss and toning.
I realise of course I'm not able to relate directly to the problem you face, but my ex is a 34F so I am familiar with the issue at least second-hand. When we first met she had struggled for a long time to lose baby weight, and with a lot of encouragement agreed to try running with me - she had the same problem you describe, but she was also thrilled with the results so... I can only say you need to consider your goals and expectations, and balance them against comfort - only you know which choice is right for you.
Good, or at least fast-acting, cardio exercise is just about always highly 'active', so I'm not sure there's a better solution. By the way, one good sports bra is better than two - they are designed very carefully to work alone and cannot do so when doubled-up - and they're not designed to eliminate bouncing, just to control it. I know running is uncomfortable but it's not doing your chest any harm I promise you, so it's really just a question of what you're prepared to tolerate.
