Hardcore Circuit Training for Men $13.13 No Synopsis Available |

Today I'd like to give you an exciting full body workout that will burn tons of calories and leave you feeling great in just 40 minutes. So if you want to burn fat, tone up, and get fit then this workout is for you.
Another great advantage of this workout is that all you need to complete it is a set of dumbbells, a stability ball, and a step. A cardio machine is advised for your interval training component.
The fat burning workout I'm about to provide you with is an example of the type of fat burning circuit training workouts that will truly make a difference for you.
So here's how it's going to work. We're going to take 6 exercises and set them up in a circuit training routine. For each exercise you will be completing as many repetitions as possible in a 30 second time period. After each exercise you will then rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next one. Once you've completed the entire first set you can then grab a sip of water and rest for 1-2 minutes.
After your 1-2 minute rest period, you will then choose a cardio machine and perform 5 minutes of intervals. The interval training component is a great way to spike your metabolism and burn further calories in just a few minutes. For these intervals you will be working hard for 10 seconds and recovering for 50 seconds. This will be repeated 5 times for a total of 5 minutes.
For instance, if you are on the bike you would pedal as fast as possible (at a good resistance) for 10 seconds and then follow that with a nice and easy 50 second recovery. Got it? Awesome!
Both the circuit training and interval training sequences are repeated twice.
So here's how the workout structure will look:
Warm-up
5 minutes light cardio
CIRCUIT 1 (30 sec. work, 30 sec. rest)
Standing lunges
Plank
Step-ups with biceps curls and shoulder press
Push-ups
Stability ball crunches
Ball squats (against wall) with biceps curls
Rest 1-2 minutes
INTERVAL TRAINING 1 (10 sec. hard, 50 sec. recovery)
Rest 1-2 minutes
CIRCUIT 2 (30 sec. work, 30 sec. rest)
Standing lunges
Plank
Step-ups with biceps curls and shoulder press

Circuit Training Questions
What should you do for circuit training if so many people in the gym!?
Today I couldn't do properly for the circuit training..... so many people were in the gym.... and i had to wait for least a 2 minutes for different section so i decide to go back and forth on the same sections i did each time..... and waited for more than 2 mins for another section, is this alright? what should you do if so many people are in your way!!!!!!
Do barbell complexes instead. It's like doing a circuit, in that you do a series of exercises without stopping, but they are all barbell lifts. They are excellent for developing endurance and burning fat.
For example
5 reps hang clean
5 reps front squat
5 reps over head press
5 reps bent over row
5 reps back squat
rest and repeat.
You do all reps without putting the barbell down. You may have to start off with just the bar or very light weight. Gradually add more weight over time.
Above is only an example, there are many variations on barbell complexes.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or am I expecting too much too soon?
Okay so this is my recent history of exercise. On June 25th, I started walking about 45 minutes everday, including flat ground and hills. The 7th of July I started doing workout videos such as Denise Austin cardio 3 days a week (30 minute total each workout) and her strength training workout (also 30 minute each workout) 2 days a week. I came across a new workout I bought a week later by The Firm called Bootcamp maximum calorie burn that is circuit training (cardio and strength combined) and it lasts one hour. I started doing it 3-4 days per week and I do the denise austin cardio one twice a week and only take off one day a week. I take in about 1700 calories a day. I have not lost not one pound. My arms are getting tone, no complaints there. I am 5' 3" and 140 pounds, a pear body shape. All the weight I need to lose is totally in my butt hips and thighs. My calves are also getting really tone too. Why are my clothes all still so tight? I drink lots of water too.
With all the exercise you're doing, you're probably building a lot of muscle which weighs more than the fat you are losing - try taking measurements instead of just weighing. Also, I have heard it said that women always lose weight from the top down meaning the last place you'll lose is in the rear end and thighs. Keep up the good work. I wish I had your motivation. I seem to have lost mine lately.
