Can somebody help me figure out an exercise plan?
Hi, I'm 14. I'm not looking to look 15+ pounds. I just want to have a daily/weekly exercise that will help me stay fit and healthy. I eat right. My doctor said I should exercise daily to help my depression go away, I just need a plan. Anybody?? Maybe something that's 30-60 minutes long?
Any specific workouts or exercises?

Work your way up to 30 minutes of cardio (any form) either indoors or outdoors. It's ideal that you get at least 30m of cardio a day.
After that, incorporate some light weight training to add some muscle definition and keep you looking good.
Dieting this way be okay for just a little while?
I don't have a job. I am currently looking for work and I live with my parents. I am trying to diet but it's hard when I have to eat what my parents buy and without complaint of course because they are helping me out but all they buy is unhealthy stuff. TV dinners, hamburger, sometimes chicken, boxed stuff, a lot of red meat and pork and never any fish or fresh vegetables. If I just watch exactly what I eat carefully and follow a daily exercise plan should I be all right until I am able to pay for my own healthy food?
I have already given up soda completely. And coffee. I am trying to stick with water and only milk when I absolutely need to because of course my parents get the fatty milk but they need that milk.
I must note I very strongly disagree with the first post saying to eat whatever just count calories. I did that the last time i lost weight and not only did my weight come back, but my weight loss was very slow and I still didn't look lean after losing weight. I have now cut out fast foods all together and eat healthy as possible with lots of water and weight is much easier coming off and staying off, its great.
that is tough. Go shopping with your parents next time. There are microwaveable dinners that cost the same or less than the fatty dinners. You can get veggie burgers cheaper than all beef burgers as well and they taste great, and are high in essential nutrients for weight loss. Stay away from all caffiene including tea, soda, and anything else. Also stay away from sugar if possible. Water is your best friend and will help you lose tons of weight just by that alone. If they order you chick ask them to get you grilled instead, its more wide spread now that even kfc has grilled options. Just try to shop with them and you can find healthy options for the same price or lower than unhealthy options. Talk with them and tell them you want to watch your diet they should understand. Try buying a smaller jug of skim milk. I recomend Kashi cereal as well, high fiber which means high weight loss.
Good luck and i hope they understand. 1- at least 64 ounces of water. 2- Start off slow with exercise. 3-try to watch the sodium and fatty foods.
