ok im 18 years old and im a good size in weight. but by good i mean large size. im 180 pounds and im 5'9. in high school i was skinny and ive just graduated and my senior year was a drag because i would get made fun of because of my weight. everytime i try to lose weight i never get up enough confidence and energy to get out and do it! ive tried diets after diets and they just dont work. im looking for an answer thats a simple weight loss plan but can fit in to my daily schedule with no problem. and also one that i can chart to keep going. i want to be able to come down about 30 pounds. can someone please help me...expert help would be very nice but if anyone else has good suggestions please tell!
