whey protein for abs?

im female,15, and i want abs. all gyms here have an age restriction, so i cant work out. should i take whey protein supplements? are there any side effects? i really want to lose the belly. i thought of this routine:

breakfast:
2 egg whites fried with olive oil
fruits
2 slices brown bread

lunch:
lots of fruit salad

dinner:
2 egg whites' omlette fried in olive oil
2 slices brown bread
fruits

i have a really big appetite right now, so im going to eat sugarfree chewing in between. is that ok?
work out plan will be 1 hr walk everyday, and 10 crunches after i wake up n before i go to sleep.

You're going to starve on that diet, my dear!!! If you're wanting to build muscle, you're going to need to add some protein. Lean meats (chicken & turkey--white meat!), beans, nuts, low-fat cheese are good choices. You also need dairy. Choose 1% or skim milk, low fat yogurt, along with the low-fat cheese. And where are your veggies??? Rather than the fruit salad for lunch, how about a big leafy green salad or other vegetable salad?

The brown bread is great. Add some whole wheat pasta and brown rice in there, and you're all set for your grains!

Your work out plan sounds great, but if you're wanting to build your abs, you're going to need to do more than 10 crunches at a time! Ten is a great start, but keep building up....maybe do a few while you're watching TV or listening to music!

Please remember that starving yourself is NOT the way to be healthy! You need lots of good food and exercise!
