They do if you follow the regimen. What's especially good about them is that they give you the vitamins and minerals that you miss by dieting (not eating enough) so you don't get sick or unhealthy.

Will this work for long time diet to lose weight?

I have alot of weight to lose. I weigh 180 at 5'2. I have a hard time making up my mind on what to eat, so I usually pic up junk. I don't want to cook either so I'd rather just reach for a shake or a lean cuisine. I have been buying food out lately.

Is this really unhealthy to do? I am going to do 2 slim fast shakes and a lean cuisine dinner. Fruit or something for snack. I plan on doing this long time. I am going to exercise but I've never been hard core. I just walk for 30 minutes. I don't have the energy or desire to work out harder.

that sound alright but i would recommend doing that diet for about two weeks or so if you like but then trying another diet because you dont want to get tired of that then end up pigging out switch things up every 2 weeks or so and also reward your self with a candy bar every other day for keeping it up because dont for get your body does need suger if you cut that out all the way youll do what i did the first time and buy a 6pack of skeakers and took them down haha but also if you want to try this product called JACK3D that will give you great energy only one little scoop and i could do a hour of walking/ jogging easy....GOOD LUCK
