you should drink protein shake after workout, NOT before

whey protein is good enough, however you should consult some one at your gym, what protein powder is good, im on Scitech whey protein professional 100%, which is the regular safe stuff

around 35 grams of powder per shake

glutamine is something you dont want to take at your level
you get glutamine from fish meat beef chicken milk all dairy products spinach cabbage, your 120 pounds so you dont need those extra glutamine source from supplements, plus eating the food listed above makes sure you have enough vitamin and nutrition for growth

theres a milllion supplement that might work, but very much depends on your body type and level
if i were you i would invest in some lessons with a trainer, design a proper routine and learn what supplements would enhance your workout at your current stage
