If You Hate Exercising to Lose Weight Use These Easy Workout Tips

Exercising is a crucial part of a healthy lifestyle, and without it you definitely will not be able to lose weight. If you’re anything like me, you wouldn’t consider exercising your favorite pastime. In fact, some people downright hate exercising. The word 'exercise' seems to have a negative image like 'hard work'.

It doesn't have to be that way. Think of exercise in terms of physical activity. By doing more physical activity you will burn more calories. When you burn these extra calories you will lose weight.

There are certain tips that help you to exercise more and also enjoy it.

First, you need to choose an activity that you enjoy. Do you enjoy walking, swimming, tennis or golf? Maybe you enjoy housework or gardening.

Once you find that activity, you need to pursue it at a minimum of three times a week for at least 30 minutes at a time.  The more you exercise, the more calories you will burn, but you don’t have to be fanatical about it!

The best way to start exercise or increase your activity is to start slowly if you haven't done it for some time. Gradually increase your level when you feel stronger until you are at a point where you think you are at a high level of intensity. It doesn't need to be non-stop activity; it’s OK to rest at intervals to recharge your batteries, but get back up to that level again until your workout is complete.

Ideally you should try to incorporate some sort of aerobic exercise which could be simply taking a brisk walk. This will get your heart pumping effectively so that your body can burn the calories that you have consumed!

Early morning aerobic exercising on an empty stomach has three benefits over working out later in the day.

1. Your levels of stored carbohydrates and muscle are at a low. This is the best time for burning fat instead of carbs.

2. You get the “afterburn” effect. Fat burn will continue on even after your workout is finished.

3. Your body’s endorphins are elevated when you exercise.  It lifts your mood and gives you a sense of accomplishment that will likely stay with you all during the day.

You don't have to choose the morning to do exercise; other times of the day are great as well.

Another great tip to enjoying exercise is to find a training partner. This could be a friend who you go to swimming with or have a night out dancing together. When you do these activities with a friend you help each other stay motivated and have fun at the same time. Maybe join a ramblers association where you do something you love and get to meet new friends.

Staying motivated if you hate exercising can be hard, but set goals and don’t quit. You need to exercise as well as diet if you really want to lose weight. Make exercise fun and it won’t seem like such a chore.

what are some easy ab workouts i can do at home?

i already have quite a good body,
but i have extra skin, and i want to get rid of it,

and i need some easy, ab workouts that won't take too long

well if you need to burn fat you need to follow a schedule, which would be a 5 day a week system. on monday lift weights, tuesday do aerobic exercise like running, and switch back and forth every day. what most people think is if you do sit ups you burn fat. not true you just tone your abs. you have to burn fat to see them. but when you have burned fat next tone. what i do and works is i get a 10 lbs. weight and hold it behind my head. then do 25 sit ups everyday for a week. next week 50 sit ups next week 75 then the last week 100 sit ups. and keep doing 100. that is what i use and my trainer has me do.
