food to eat after cardio excercise at gym? trying to lose weight and get fit
hi i have just come home from the gym it is 11pm i am trying to get fit and lose weight so did a lot of work on the excercise bikes and rowing machines
basically i dont want to undo that work by eating crap before i go to bed but i am very hungry
would eating something like a big bowl of sultana bran be ok/good? full of fibre etc, with light milk? im just looking for somethign simple to eat before going to sleep as im starving but not looking at cooking a big meal or anything like that; just something simple
so yeah would sultana bran be good or bad basically; or any other suggestions?

yes eat bran cereal... or anything with oats in it along with a glass of water... oats expand in your stomach therefore giving you a full feeling... also, you can eat an orange which is proven to curb your appetite.... but eat those during the day.... after lunch or sumthing...
Looking to buy a Rowing Machine...?
I'm looking to buy a rowing machine as I haven't got time to go to the gym. I've bought excercise equipment before and it hasn't lasted very long before breaking down so could anyone recomend a reliable type/brand of rowing machine for me to buy and where from??
Concept 2. No other competition in my opinion. Yes, they are very expensive, but they are the best quality you can get, easy to use (computer-wise), and will last forever. If price is an issue, look into used machines. New will run you upwards of $900 but I'm sure you can get used ones (which should still have years of life in them) for considerably less.
If they're good enough for world champions, university programs, and clubs all over the world, they're good enough for me!
