Do women constantly ask tips on how to flirt because they refuse to exercise?
Is it that they so desperately want to believe there is another way to find a guy that is not based on looks? Why can't they just focus this effort on going to the gym? It's like when your mom said "For all this effort you've put into avoid doing your homework, you could have had it done by now!".
If not, why do women ask for flirting tips? Men don't notice girls "flirting", it has zero effect on men, so why bother? I heard a girl say one time that her killer flirt move was to talk to him more often and smile. Hahaha. What is that supposed to do? effective weight loss tips?
I have put on a few extra pounds due to the holiday season! I would like to lose about 15 pounds. Here is the problem, I work 10 hour days then come home and cook dinner for my man and clean etc. Basically I do everything around the house because he works 12 hour days. So i have very limited time for exercise and while I try to buy healthy foods, I often have to just grab something quick to microwave etc. How can i lose these extra pounds with out much money?

cutting food and eating less will make you gain weight i have tried many diets they dont last long because when i get to where i want to they are hard to maintain. if you create better eating and excersize habits it will stay with you. i have been dieting for years and this is the only on where i dont deprive my self i have energy and i enjoy what i am doing.
also when you go out with your men go to places where you know you'll have to be active to enjoy like go dancing or laser tagging or get a wii and have wii time
