exercising 3 times a day will probably be overkill to be quite honest.
when it comes to eating healthy, try to avoid all those refined foods (packages snack cakes and 'low fat' labeled items) and instead up your intake of protein (not red meat, but lean fish/chicken or nuts/soy beans.. soy beans are delicious). try to reduce your soda intake and drink water every day. what i do is i have a small glass jar that has measuring line on it, up to 20 ounces, and i make sure to have three of those. 8 normal glasses is what you should have.
try doing some cardio exercise to burn off excess fat and instead your muscle will show ![]()
what i would reccomend is taking dance classes or swimming since those are cardio exercises and are, if you ask me, are more enjoyable than running. the key is to have fun when you're exercising. it makes it easier to stick to something if you're having fun.
