Female Body Weight Chart Questions
Question for short females: I'm 4'11" and 117lbs. Is 100-105lbs a reasonable goal?
First of all: I don't need diet advice. I just need help with goal-setting.
Also, don't feed me BMI numbers or "ideal weight" chart figures. I can look that stuff up myself. I'm hoping for advice based on real life experience.
I used to weigh 156lbs, but I'm now down to 117lbs. I thought 115lbs would make me look slim because I lift weights, but now that I'm almost there, I'm realizing I still have a lot of fat, especially around my mid-section. I don't have body image issues. The fat is really there, trust me.
I want to look slim. I don't mind having extra body fat, but because it all seems to settle in my stomach, it simply looks unattractive.
Based on your experience, would you say 100-105lbs is a reasonable goal?
alot of people would say no, that is too thin. But they need to remember you are only 4'11.
i know how you feel. im 5'2 and im at 130 right now which to people is like ideal for them (but this is ideal weight for someone who is like 5'10 and wants to be like model looking)
But for someone my hieght...115 is pretty good.
i would say its reasonable, i would say more of 105 for you.
As long as you dont want to be SUPER skinny....thats good! Just look a little healthier...i gain it around my stomach area too and isr like...i look pretty good everywhere else, im alot of muscle, but my stomach could use a little help. I dont really have a GOAL weight for myself cause again, i lift and i have muscle, but i have more of a goal for myself, like to loose the fat area around my stomach rather than saying "oh i want to be 105 lbs"
If you lift, work your muscles chances are you might weigh more, or stay the same, but you would loose that "fat" and it would then be muscle....but you would have that "stomach fat" you want gone.
