Female Body Weight Questions
guys, what's your ideal female body type (heigh, weight, a little flab or not, etc?)?
Height: Shorter than me (I'm 6')
Weight: Healthy. Not ribs and no rolls (of fat)
Hair: Any color as long as it's long. I hate short hair.
Eyes: Any color as long as she there's two

Toning your body..do you need whey protein?
I'm a 20 year old female 5'4 105 pounds. I have a very skinny body type but still quite flabby in those problem areas (butt, thighs, lower tummy) and I want to tone up a bit. I want a good shape in my arms, nice abs, and firm thighs. My question is, do I need to be drinking Whey Protein (which I bought) to achieve this? Is Whey protein meant for more drastic muscle building? Also do I need to be in the weight room, or can I just do basic crunches, push ups, etc to get toned.
Quality whey protein will help with tissue repair. Nutrition is always number one so focus there first! You can only go so far with crunches and push ups etc, so yes eventually you need to hit the gym or even a cross fit gym (great workout) Good luck and male sure to consume a quality chemical free whey product:)
