In desparate need in a Strict Workout Plan, Please?
I'm 5'2 ,100 lbs 24 yr old female, it's not the weight I want to lose but the fat, and gain muscle. But I am very undisciplined, so I need a strict work out plan someone knows of, that possibly includes a diet plan as well.
I want to be lean and toned, I want a body fat % of less then 10.
I would recommend you seek the help of a professional trainer that can be there to guide you and push you. Join a gym where you can get one on one attention from a trainer. If your very undisciplined then chances are that a program that you attempt by yourself will not last very long.

i take aerobics in school and we run a mile almost every class
