What exercises would give me a flat stomach?
I have a round stomach and I want to get rid of it. I want a flat stomach and curves. Any suggestions on how to go about doing this?
Drink lots of water......about 1/2 your body weight in oz. For me that is about 60 oz. So I use a water bottle that I can measure my intake.
I also think you will see results by adding a walking routine into your day. Walking for 40-60 minutes a day moderate pace OR 25 minutes of hard cardio. Get that heart rate pumping daily.
Start slow and definately lift weights,( properly of course) to add a boost to your metabolism. Gaining muscle will start dropping off the pounds VERY fast.

How do i get a flat stomach, but keep a strong looking body by not losing too much weight?
I'm 22 years old, male, and weight about 11 stones, I'm 5'7 tall and find that all my weight goes to my stomach, meaning that it is disproportionate to the rest of my body.
