I used to be real skinny. But I've been working out and stuff and I gained some weight. a couple of years ago I was 6'2 155lbs. Now I am 6'4 220lbs. Is that healthy?

I want to buy something to take that is not only healthy for me but also will help me gain weight and muscle. I do exercise regularly, and eat somewhat healthy, every time I open up a men's magazine, I find some type of weight gainer, or powder that helps you gain muscle. Ok, firstly. How old are you, if your going through puberty, you really shouldnt be doing weights, as this can stunt your growth. You want to be as tall as you can be. Also, you may not be gaining weight at this stage because even if your consuming alot of food, your body is putting it all into growth.

But if your not read on.

Secondly, EAT, EAT, EAT!
The adverage male needs around 2500 calories a day (this is = to roughly 27 slices of white bread) luckily if you eat foods that a dense of calories. ie rich. You dont have to eat as much to gain the weight.

You can do try craking a raw egg in every morning with milk and you can add cocoa if you dont like the taste.
