He should be 148-186 lbs (that's a BMI of 19-24, which is the healthy range). (really muscular people are on the higher end and many are are even 200+lbs, so are overweight people).

I'm a 12 year old girl, I'll be 13 in about a month. I weigh 111 pounds. I know I'm in a healthy weight range for my height (5'2") and age, but I have stomach fat and my thighs are kind of big. I'll admit, I care what other people think, but that's not why I want to get rid of the fat. It just annoys me. I want it gone for me.
One of the problems is that I don't eat totally healthy food. I've tried to eat decent, and for a few days it'll work, but then my mom will go shopping and buy some chips and I just think 'Screw it. I'm hungry, so I'm going to eat something I enjoy.' I don't over eat or anything, it's just I eat crap a lot.

Try to get healthy snacks that you like, too, like fruit for instance. It is easier now to find the lower calorie foods.
