Healthy Weight Range For Women Questions
i'm a girl wanting to gain body fat?
i struggled with an eating disorder, lost all of my shapeliness, my period etc. For months now, i've been healthy. I've gained all the weight back now & my whole body is regulated. The only problem is, i'm very health cautious and i do a lot of working out (walk 4 miles a day, work out at a gym every few days) and i eat 2000+ calories a day. I've made lots of lean muscle and yesterday, i got my body fat tested and i'm only 14%, my boyfriend who is a wrestler is 12% and women are supposed to be 22%-25%. I feel gross, i want my shapeliness back, my booty, my small waist in relation to my hips etc. Does it make sense for me to want to gain weight? What are some healthy ways for me to gain body fat?
I'm 5"1' 1/2 and 106 pounds, so i'm in a healthy weight range. i guess i just have a lot of lean muscle and not a lot of body fat.
(BTW. I'm 15, turning 16 in November.)
Eat more, if you are unable to do so, cut back on your exercise regime.
