Growth disturbance is when a child deviates from the growth pattern of normal children. More specifically the growth in height.
It is important to remember that no two children are alike, and it has wide normal limits. Traditionally Taking 95 percent of the children as normal, with 2.5% higher and 2.5% less than normal.

Weight should always be assessed in conjunction with height (BMI). when i was 14 i was 6'1 benched 235 but weighed 195 lol. If you want to lose weight, start working out your legs by doing squats, when the burn starts, that is when you are actually burning fat; don;t stop when you start to feel it. It is impossible to overgain muscles, huge muscles are only creatine and other supplements, those huge guys at the gym can lift just as much as the smaller guys who workout as often but don't use creatine or other fake stuff like that. Mariusz Pudzianowski is the worlds strongest man five times and he looks small when he is not pumped up because he is natural. don;t use fake muscle building stuff and you will just gain strength and not much size
