How do I calculate my ideal weight?

Okay. I'm 5'6" tall, I weigh 130 pounds, 34-29-41. I carry ALL my weight in my butt and thighs. I don't have boobs- I'm only a 34A and depending on the bra, it's sometimes too big! I guess you'd say I'm kinda pear-shaped. So, my question is, since I'm so small on top and larger on the bottom, how does it even out? Like say I did have 36C's- wouldn't that add weight to my overall body? I can deal with small breasts, but the flab on my butt and legs is just unacceptable. This is my ideal self: 5'8", 125 lbs. max., 36-27-35. How much weight do I need to lose to gain this physique? (I realize I cannot make myself taller).
This IS the physique that I want: 5'6", 125 lbs. max., 34-27 max.-35 max.

a rule of thumb is 5' = 100 lbs and 5lb increment per inch.
so your a good weight now (health wise).

but if you want to trim down for appearance purposes, go to the gym and go on the elliptical and stepper and bike. you want to burn up the fat on the lower portion of your body so heat up those muscles. 10-15 lbs should be enough.

also use portion control when eating, eat small meal 3-5 time a day. health snacks like carrots and grapes. thing like that, granola bar too.
