i weigh 238 and i need to weigh at least 222 in 2 months( my doctor says that not me) and i want to know if i just do cardio everyday and drink protein shakes instead of eatingwill i drop the weight faster?
it really depends on how many calories the protein shake you will use is, and if you are making it with water, with milk, with skim milk...too little information to tell you for sure
So I need to gain weight.. what to eat?
I want to gain weight with healthy food. Definitely not with junk. My parents are total health freaks and my dad's a doctor.
I don't eat much junk food, so I need ways that will help me gain weight, be healthy, still be able to play tennis, run track, and ride my bike (a lot), and lose my dark circles. That's a lot, but I need to gain weight. I'm underweight and I'm 14 years old. I'm 5'4 and weigh only 98lbs. I have dark circles (my mom has them) and I'm very skinny. I've always been skinny. I'm also kinda a vegetarian, though I eat chicken and turkey every once in a while.
What do I eat? How often do I eat it? I need to gain at least 8-10lbs by mid-May. Help? oh and I want to try this without buying all this stuff including Ensure. Try homemade shakes etc. ?
