The Twinkie Diet: How NOT to Lose Weight
Earlier this month, we heard all about a brave professor's Twinkie diet experiment. For 10 weeks straight, Mark Haub ate one Hostess or Little Debbie snack every 3 hours as a substitute for meals. When he wasn't eating those, he "snacked" on Doritos, Oreos, and sugary cereals. Why would anyone subject themselves to this?
Haub was trying to prove a point: in weight loss, pure calorie counting is what matters most, not the nutritional value of food. This seems to go against everything we've ever learned, yet Haub lost an astonishing 27 pounds over the course of this experiment. He consumed less than 1,800 calories each day (when he should have been consuming 2,600 on average) and burned significantly more calories than he ate. Therefore, the formula worked. He lost weight.
This is definitely NOT the recommended diet for any normal person and weight loss can be accomplished in much healthier ways. In fact, Haub advises others not to duplicate his extreme form of weight loss.
In a much healthier story of weight loss, Tony Posnanski lost 200 pounds by consuming less calories BUT eating more nutritionally. This story, from CNN covers the straightforward, yet extremely successful technique for efficient weight loss.
Posnanski went from consuming 10,000 calories a day to 2,400. He got rid of the processed foods and stuck to fruits, vegetables and lean meats. "It is pretty boring," he said, "but the results aren't boring."

Posnanski himself tried alternative methods, finding that diet pills made his heart race and weight loss shakes left him hungry.

why is it that when a man likes a skinny women he is called out on it saying he is a "pedophile" when in reality he just wants a thin/slender girl because that is his preference. Why do people make up all these assumptions that thin women are child like and not women enough..
why is their so much pressure on thin women to conform to what americans sees as the "ideal" body weight? and its funny because in america almost 78 percent of the population are severily overweight or obese.. the so called "standard size" for a women is a size 6 to 8 which in my opinion is fat.

No one is saying men who like thin figured women are pedophiles. Men liking thin figured women are as natural as women liking strong, stable men. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
When I say men who like small, petite women are pedophiles I'm only talking about the white men who have this strange obsession with asian women. More often than not, every time I see one, they confirm the stereotype.
