Looking for some input on which is the best track spike for me? (400m)?

I'm a 200-400m runner who also runs the 800m and I'm looking for an ideal spike that would best suit my needs. I need the spike for competitions as well as practice for club track, which is 5 days a week. My main event is the 400m, I need an elite sprint spike, nothing like the Nike Zoom Rival S, I'm wearing it now and because it has a lack of a hard plate on the bottom my insteps roll in on the corners, slowing me down. I have another pair as well Puma Complete Thesus II's, however, they are completely chewed up and werent the least bit comfortable or workable when I was wearing them to begin with. I need some advice on a decent pair of sprint spikes: Hard plate sole, light weight in construction, Mens, HS Junior 400m time 50' therefore spike needs to be elite.

I was just recently looking at new spikes to buy and i would suggest going to Eastbay.com and looking for spike there. The spikes that i would highly suggest are the new Nike Zoom Powercats because they are designed for elite sprinters plus the spike plate is long which would help keep your heel off the ground and they are 6.6 oz but they are pricey. OR you could try the Nike Zoom Superfly R2 which also has a long spike plate but they are 8.0 oz and costs less. OR The Nike Zoom Maxcats II again long spike plate, 6.0 oz pricey. Last one the Nike Zoom Celar 3 which has somewhat long spike plate but has cusioning on the heel just in case it does hit and its 6.4 oz and an inbetween price for the other 3 shoes.
