I am 5'11", solid build (not muscle, just solid), and weigh 89Kg. I have just dropped 15 Kg's and need to know when it is right to stop.
How much should I weigh, and what should I be aiming for in a BMI?
Is it time to stop paying $40 a week in diet stuff, and start spending it on a trainer?
Have you asked your doctor? The BMI is useful, but there are other indicators of healthy condition, and some your doctor can tell you eg. blood pressure, lung capacity, heart check, diet etc. Good luck.
How to lose 2-4 lb a week?
I am currently 140 lb, 5'7'', BMI is at 22....i really need to lose 10-20 lb (my ideal weight is about 120-130 lb) before i buy my prom dress (acording to my healthy weight scale, i can be between 118 and 153 to be in the healthy weight) i just recently joined a gym, but i dont think excercise will work unless i start eating healthier too. I have a real snacking problem that my metabolism seems to be handling ok, but it is starting to show signs of slowing down and i really want to stay in shape... what are the best ways to stop eating crappy foods (that work at school also) and good exercise techniques that will help me accomplish my goal of 2-4 lb a week? is this even possible?

That is too much per week. Focus on 1-2 lbs. Some weeks may be higher, but its unhealthy and unrealistic shoot for 4.
Try cutting 500 calories per day (which includes if you cut 150 and burn an extra 250). That's not too hard...it's a slice of cheese and mayo left out of a sandwich!
As for snacking, bring baggies of snacks with you to school: raw almonds, carrots, string cheese, nonfat yogurt.
