Any Teenager diet plans?
Hey guys, I am 14 years old guy about 6 feet tall and 195lbs and i would like to lose a bunch of that weight and i just wanted to know if you had any tips or links on how i can loose that weight. I looked up and my "Ideal weight" is about 160-170 pounds and would like to lose it by September.
Pretty much what i am looking for is Tips like the minimum amount of exercise or cardio i need daily and healthy diets i can go on, just keep in mind that i am in school from 6:30Am to 1:55pm (9th grade)

Okay, so first you need to figure out how many calories you need to eat in order to lose the weight. First, find your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) – this is the energy required (in calories) that you need to survive without any activity. In other words, this is how many calories you burn when you are doing nothing at all. Use your RMR as a guideline to determine your daily caloric intake.
Calculate your RMR: = 655 + (4.36 x weight in pounds) + (4.32 x height in inches) – (4.7 x age)
Based on the information you provided, this is 1750 calories. Keep in mind this is the number of calories you need to eat when you do nothing at all.
