Ok so my friend is 16 about 5'4'' or 5'5" and she suddenly lost A LOT of weight. She wears a size 00 in a dress, and I'm guessing she weighs about 100-115 lbs. She will never eat anything when she's out with us. The other day she bought a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but she only picked at it and said "This is not real food, the bread is too soggy, i'll save it for later" I really don't think she saved it for later if you know what I mean. Her mom says she just doesn't eat carbs, the other day she ate crackers and cheese for lunch.. is this unhealthy? I'm the same age and height but I weigh 140 lbs... am I just the one overweight??...
