What's a quick and easy way to lose body fat?

Basically, that. I'm working on slimming down (at least to the point where no fat remains, the social point, blah). Nothing too strenuous on the back (AKA: Jogging, Sprinting). I'm cutting down on just about all foods; I'm looking for a particular exercise.

Swimming is really good, you don't have to go fast and it's also relaxing and very enjoyable.
Other than that there's walking, which isn't too strenuous.
It's good you're cutting down on what you eat, but make sure you keep topped up on your greens and keep eating meat. Just try and stay away from carbs like potatoes/chips etc. Salad is very refreshing and filling too, you could always make chicken salad/ noodle salad etc.

I'm 19 years old. I am 5'6 and weight almost 200 pounds. I am not only trying to get skinny, but to get healthy.

My question is to lose weight how many calories should you use in one day? I've heard 1500, 1800 and 2500 so I'm not sure which is right.

I also want to get some meal plans. Which diet is the best one? South Beach, Jenny Craig, Weight watchers, or any more that you can think of.

I don't have a lot of money, so I would like to find meal plans online, or a book that has recipes that I can buy.

DON'T GO BY CALORIES

All you need to do is:

Have three meals a day - (make them smaller portions than you usualy have and you will lose POUNDS!)

Read the packaging of EVERYTHING!!! you'll be SO suprised by how much fat is in somethings, and how LITTLE fat is in others.

So for your meals just use things with low fat.

also watch sugar, because when sugar isnt burnt off it turns to fat

If your not healthy enough to run yet try to walk more. dont take the car, get off the bus a few stops early or walk wherever your going!!

follow this for a few weeks then try to go jogging a couple of times a week. It doesnt have to be a long distance. Just try 10 minutes

you'll find that jogging gets easier the more you do it and soon you'll be able to jog 20 min, 30, 40 an hour!!

try your hardest!! push yourself!! and most of all Don't give up!!!
