im not sure i would do video games as an exercise swimming is very good and it will help. if your going to go outside RUN OR JOG for 1 hour because that burns calories faster and it gets your heart rate up. do about 100 crunches

i no i may sound stupid, but i really don't no how to buy pants or jeans from urban outfitters. They have size 24-32 in there pants, i just dont know what size i should buy. i wear size 5/6 in jeans. could someone please please break down there size chart (ex. 1/2 is size 24).
