is my workout routine good for getting cut abs?
ive been working for real since june and ive been told by a friend, whose body women love, says i have a perfect body. but i want to get cut in the abs area. ive kinda feel off during the holidays( gotta have that dressing and cake ). ive gotten back to eat the right stuff like egg whites, lean meats, sometimes fish, a lot of spinach, etc. this the routine ive been following since june and im back on it again, is this good for getting rid of that lower belly fat?:
S,T,TH: HIIT
M,W,F: Weight training
Saturday is my off day and on fridays i have a cheat meal.
i do abs two days, rest one day, and repeat.
PS: i also work at UPS in the evenings( M-F)

it is you are eating well but how many meals are you eating you need to eat adleast 5 meals a day to keep you metabolism up dont just eat 3 it will help but u need to keep your metabolism working at all times and dont eat at night or past 8ish and do alot of cardio and ab workouts but i hope i helped you
what is a good workout video for begginers? ladies?
i have had 2 kids, i dont think im fat im about 5'3 and 115 lbs.. but my body is not the way i would like it.. ive got extra fat around my belly which i would like gone and extra fat on my lower back. i would also like to lift my butt up.. so do any women kno of any good workout videos that they have bought in stores and have had good results? my main targets are abs and butt.
