I'm a cross country runner, and until I was injured, I was fit and fine. Yarrr, background info.. Right. Cardio is the way to go, but in the long run, your aerobic fitness will be, like, your saviour. You need to get your butt out of bed every day. Running actually is the most effective way if you aren't going to use a gym or a trainer. Sorry if you don't like running.
Try running for 2 minutes, then jogging/walking for one. It's the most effective way, rather than busting your gut in the first k, then turning round and walking home.
Also, it's shown that if you drink 1L of water, in the next forty minutes, your body will burn fat 30% faster. So that's good news too.
But if you want to lose all this weight in a week, I'm sorry, but it's actually not going to happen, unless you go anorexic-style and fast. Basically, you get to eat nothing for the next week. Congratulations.

You need to stick to the table of good eating, right? so for breakfast try cereal and banana (no sugar!!!) then for smoko (morning tea/recess, whatever) try a piece of fruit (no bikkies!) at lunch, ham and salad sandwich on wholegrain bread, and water (remember what I said about the water?)
At dinners, you need to cut some carbs, so if you're having stirfry or something, no rice/bread/pasta/noodles. Alright?
P.S: lalalallalalaa get off the computer now, put on your canterburys and your t-shirt, get your joggers on and do that. jog. go for twenty minutes this week, then thirty next week, try and get faster, but at the same time, make sure you can actually achieve your distance.
Try starting out with a shorter distance like 2km then gradually build it up, if you bust your gut today, tomorrow you'll be too sore to go (baaaad)
