I was looking at sizing charts for dresses, and my waist is bigger than it's suppose to be. If I completely relax my abs and let go of all my muscles, I'm even further than that standard waist line! My BMI is normal/healthy, I exercise regularly, and I have the heart rate of an athlete, so I'm a healthy weight. Do women need to suck in their waist when we get measured?
