Track Tryouts (what to do)?
Ok so I'm 13 5.3 feet high (yes just about 5 feet) and 85 pounds. I don't have access to a place to run every week but now that it is spring i think i might be able to. I try to play tennis when we go to the high school on weekends. I can barely do a push up (at least 1-5 though) and i CAN do an infinite amount of curl-ups! When I am in school every other day rotating in three class periods I do lots of circuit training with elliptical machines, recumbent bikes,rowers, weighted bars, and wii tennis on bosu balls. My paser score usually ranges from 36- 41. Now how can i prepare for track tryouts in August? Please include training exercises and how long to do them!!!
