more importantly she has to be excercizing while taking this. A person's diet is the MOST important thing in a person's health, especially with weight gain/loss. You can excercize all you want but if you eat bad food you won't lose weight. you only gain muscle through working out, not simply taking a supplement. you won't even gain muscle if you took steroids if you didn't work out, you would just get fat. Any supplement that someone could take would only work well if the person excercizes 3-4 days a week for about a min. of 30 min a day. No supplement alone will help someone lose weight unless it is unhealthy for their body ie caffiene pills.
