Which is better a Shake Weight or a Pull-up bar?

It would depend on your goals and your fitness level. With a pull-up bar (calisthenics), you can increase the difficulty or work different muscles by doing different kinds of pull-ups.
A Shake Weight is just a glorified dumbbell (weights) to which you cannot increase the weight.
You should do both calisthenics and use weights when building muscle mass. A set of dumbbells would be better than a Shake Weight, which is embarrassing to use in front of other people.
What should i buy? for home workouts?
Whats the best thing to buy to get abs, and big arm muscles..i dont have much room...im looking for small home work-outs like the perfect pushup or the shake weight or any of the gimicky gadgets on the commerials. Which of those actually work? Also what suppliments should i buy?
Well Anthony, the perfect push-up would be ok but after that they are all useless. Don't get to annoyed about supplements, just stick to eating proteins such as eggs, beans, nuts, chicken, steaks, fish etc as well as fruit and veg. Drink 4- 8 glasses of water a day and avoid all processed rubbish. If you really want to get supplements then try some whey protein.
For a good home workout you can try this workout, it will help to get your metabolism up and strip the fat, leaving you lean and toned. Hope this helps
