To know if you are of normal weight or overweight or obese, simply substract 100 from your height in cm, that should be your normal weight.
Example:
Your height = 155 cm
Your normal weight =
155 - 100 = 55 kg= 55 x 2.2 =121 pounds
But if your weight is more than 55 kg by 10 % i.e. 55 + 5.5=60.5 kg, then you are overweight.
If your weight is more than 20% than 55 kg, i.e. 55 = 11 = 66 kg, then you are obese.

Will my Workout Routine work?
Everyday I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a rate 5 miles an hour. I checked and it says that burns a little over 200 calories. After my run I do about 100 crunches, and lift weights for 30 minutes (only every other day though,) I use a home gym center thing. I don't know exactly what it's called but I push on the arm things ( 50 pounds) and pull 40. I do about 100 of each of them. I do eat breakfast, apples when I got the munchies and eat meat daily mostly beef and pork with a side of veggies. And after every workout I drink a shake thingy called muscle milk. I am 15 years old, weight 165 pounds and am 5'4. I know I'm over weight but it doesn't show much since all the guys in my family rib cages kinda stick out rather than a flat chest. Anyways by continuing this routine will my results be dramatic or casual. Any thing I'm doing wrong or do I keep this up? Any suggestions?
