Non-weight leg exercises & "replacement drinks"?

Okay two questions:

1) Does anyone know any non-wight (or free weight such as dumbbell) that really works the legs? I know of free weigh lunges and squats. I am graduating college in a few months, and will no longer have access to the gym. Starting to look for exercises I can still do to keep tone. I do run, but is that enough to lose the fat/tone between my legs?

2) I have a weight training class right before I have a lecture (which just so happens to be during lunch time). I am looking for a shake or smoothie that I could make and bring with for after working out. I am VERY spekical about using actual "deit" products and "protein powder" so does anyone have any good ideas or recipes? Do you think a smoothe with some milk and fruit would be filling?

How can a 14 year old build muscle weight?

Hey, I'm a 14 yer old male, I am very tall, and very
skinny. I don't want to be really muscular, I don't
want to body build, but I just want to put on a bit
of muscle weight and not be super skinny and
lanky anymore.
I am 176 CM / 5 feet 7 inches tall, 110 pounds /
50 kg.
I am way to light for my height.
Can someone please tell me a good workout plan
involving NO weights, except a chin-up / pull-up
bar, 1 KG dumbbells, and if I REALLY need more
weights, the only thing I'd buy would be 3 KG
dumbbells max, cause I don't want to use heavy
weights and stunt my growth.
Please give me a workout plan involving exercises
with no weights, and exercises involving the
weights listed above.
I would also like a high protein diet to help gain
muscle, especially a breakfast meal please.
And if I need protein shakes, I will only take 1 in the
morning, no more then 1.

Remember that you need to choose healthy foods to really be healthy. This is especially important if you are recovering from an illness or have been undernourished for a long time. You want to gain weight and you want to improve your health as well.

The foods that you choose to eat are important for more than just the amount of calories they contain. The foods you eat also have to give you the nutrients you need. Keep your high-calorie foods healthy; don't add non-nutritious junk foods to your diet. Junk foods may have lots of sugar and unhealthy fats that add the calories you may want, but they don't have much to offer nutritionally. Vegetables and fruits should be the cornerstone of any healthy diet. You don't want to avoid healthy green vegetables like green beans and asparagus just because they are low in calories. Green vegetables have a lot of nutritional value. You can add healthy calories to those vegetables by topping them with nutritious foods like olive oil, almonds and shredded cheese. You may also want to eat more of the starchier vegetables such as potatoes and corn. The starchy vegetables pack more calories into regular serving sizes.

You can add lots of fruit to your diet too. Fruits are packed with vitamins and phytochemicals that will boost your health. For example, instead of drinking extra sugary sodas, enjoy orange juice or other fruit juice. You will get the calories you need, plus a lot of vitamins that soda doesn't have. Snack on fresh fruits any time of day to increase your calorie intake.
