Im trying to loose weight for the past fortnite or so now and im pretty much sticking to it so far, heres wot i do...
i have a crosstrainer at home so i go on that for about 10 - 15 mins, sometimes 20 if feeling it. 4/5 times a week,
also have a vibro powerplate machine, work out on many positions for about 10 - 15 mins ,4/5 times a week ,
also have a fittness dvd, katie price one, bloody kills and aches me after, its just under an hour long, ive been doin that about 2/3 times a week,
also been tryin eat healthy, like porriage for breakie, soup or a light sandwich or a slimfast shake for lunch, n for tea i try and have a hot dinner, but not a too big of a portion, or something like pasta n tuna, n my snacks have been fruit, handful of nuts, n the odd jaffa cake now n agen.

is this a ok diet n healthy eating plan to loose weight?
any other tips?

become a vegetarian (cutting out meat= less calories) or just eat less meat more veggies+ fruit. also dont starve your self as this will make you gain weight.
