I need some detail on how to lose weight, quickly!?

I keep looking on the internet for ways to lose weight, but none work.
I brought a gym ball, go to the gym (Curves), I cycle and I walk to and from school.

None seem to work.

what are you eating? Write down everything you eat in a day for a week. That will show you how much and what you're eating. 1800 calories in a day is good for weight loss, don't go below 1200 or your body will suffer. There are 3500 calories in a pound. You have to burn that many to loose a pound or eat that many over what you need to gain a pound. Here's a hint...Curves only burns about 250 a session.

i going to buy this protein shake thats also a weight gainer so do i take it after the workout b4 the workout nd do i take it even on my rest days?

one more thing any tips on how to work out my arms nd chest

1. Drink the shake after workouts, not before. You need it more afterwards to refuel and rebuild your muscles. Also, they can be thick, so working out with that in your stomach can feel pretty rough.

2. You do need lots of calories and protein on off days if you want to gain lean weight, yes. However, I know that weight gainers can be a little expensive, so perhaps you could get a slightly cheaper protein powder for rest days.

3. Never stop and rest/do nothing while working out. If you feel a big burn after a set, you should either shake it out and do a LIGHT stretch or do an easy set on another muscle group. Stopping tells your body "workout is now over."

4. Your friend is right in a way and wrong in another. It doesn't matter how MUCH you eat so much (to an extent, just make sure you get enough), but you have to eat healthy. If you want the best results, get plenty of protein on a regular basis, get simple brown carbs in the morning and following workouts, and plenty of fruits and veggies.
